As the Krhashatha advanced in its evolution, the Hunter Spawn became a more common evolution, almost replacing the Runners entirely. And that's a very bad thing.

Hunters may be blind, but like the rest of their species, they can smell the air with their tongue, and they have an incredible echolocation-like system that can pick up the most minute sound; some are capable of hearing heartbeats. It is also believed they can launch their tongues over distances of up to 20 feet, and can impale through steel with them.

Hunters are very persistent, highly dangerous, incredibly fast, and are capable of tearing apart mechs like nothing. It is recommended that they are avoided at all costs.
